The Company and Online Business/Website is a broad service across physical and mental health and wellbeing. Our Mind+Body Project inclusive; Counselling; inclusive Life Events Therapy combining Field Theory with CBT and Gestult approaches incompassing holistic mind+body awarness and meditation practices. We do not limit Services or approaches, Life Events endevoues to continuesly evolve and ensure services are adaptable to any audience inclusive allied healthcare services where applicable.
The Company, any trademark filed, company branding images or Therapy creator rights and Online Business/Website/website images/ advertisment is protected by Business Laws inclusive Commercial, copyright and Intellectual Property Laws. The Company and Online Website/Business is owned and operated by Director Kyle Michel Murphy, director ID provided in footer on website, Company (ACN 67317004).
Any and all Illegal or misrepresentation inclusive shadowing, offbranding, of or unapproved use of company, company branding or name or trademarks filed or creations that constitutes copyright infringment activities or intellectual property activities or breaches Standard Business and Commercial laws applicable that violates Life Events protected sole trader physical and online business rights, is strictly prohibited, unless written consent has been approved. Please read these terms and conditions (Terms) carefully. By particapating in any business activities within Australia or internationally you have agreed to laws and guidlines within your region or country on copyright and intellectual property, further to this by using, browsing, reading and or sighting inclusive verbal/written notification of said Company, Company branding, trademarks and online business/website denotes agreement too Terms and Conditions of use under Australian Busines laws inclusive copyright and intellectual property laws. Director Kyle Michel Murphy reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at his sole discretion. When Director Kyle Michel Murphy updates the
Terms, there will be an ammended date at the top of the terms and conditions to signify updates. Any changes to the Terms take immediate effect from the date of their publication.

Payment:
Any purchases of services through Life Events services, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that your elected purchase is suitable for you prior to purchase. Life Events dose not offer refunds on Services booked, please be sure when booking prior to confirming and payment. All payments made in the course of your use of the Services are made using Paypal Stripe.
In using the Website, the Services or when making any payment in relation to your use of
the Services, you warrant that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the
Paypal Stripe terms and conditions which are available on their website.
You acknowledge and agree that where a request for the payment of the Subscription Fee is returned or denied, for whatever reason, by your financial institution or is unpaid by you
for any other reason, then you are liable for any costs, including banking fees and charges, associated with the Subscription Fee. You agree and acknowledge that Director Kyle Michel Murphy can vary the Subscription
Fee at any time and that the varied Subscription Fee will come into effect following the conclusion of the existing Subscription Period.
Refund Policy:
Sole Trader Kyle Michel Murphy will only provide you with a refund of the Subscription Fee in
the event they are unable to continue to provide the Services or if the manager of Director
Kyle Michel Murphy makes a decision, at its absolute discretion, that it is reasonable to do
so under the circumstances. Where this occurs, the refund will be in the proportional
amount of the Subscription Fee that remains unused by the Member (Refund).
Any benefits set out in this Terms and Conditions may apply in addition to consumer's
rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Copyright and Intellectual Property:

Any Exclusive rights are reserved to Life Events Sole trader services by Kyle Michel Murphy. All name and branding inclusive creator rights too Life Events and Life events Release are created, owned as of November 2025 name change and dissolving of Rewired Minds Pty Ltds registered and change to Sole Trader business under Kyle Michel Murphy. The general public is advised, failure to follow copyright and intellectual property laws and business law inclusive commercial laws in your region will constitute legal proceedings. Any all such activities must be pre approved by the Director prior to profiting of said ownership. Limitation of liability:
Director Kyle Michel Murphy's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms, however arising, including under contract, tort (including negligence), in equity, under statute or otherwise, will not exceed the resupply of the Services to you. You expressly understand and agree that Director Kyle Michel Murphy, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by
you, however caused and under any theory of liability. This shall include, but is not limited
to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or
business reputation and any other intangible loss.
Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify Director Kyle Michel Murphy, its affiliates, employees, agents,
contributors, third party content providers and licensors from and against:
all actions, suits, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, loss and damage (including
legal fees on a full indemnity basis) incurred, suffered or arising out of or in connection with
your content;
any direct or indirect consequences of you accessing, using or transacting on the Website
or attempts to do so; and/or
any breach of the Terms.
Venue and Jurisdiction:
The Services offered by Rewired Minds Company and website under the Director Kyle Michel Murphy is intended to be viewed by residents of
Australia and internationally. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in relation to the Website, you agree that
the exclusive venue for resolving any dispute shall be in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
Governing Law. The Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute, controversy,
proceeding or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to the Terms and the
rights created hereby shall be governed, interpreted and construed by, under and pursuant to the
laws of Queensland, Australia, without reference to conflict of law principles, notwithstanding
mandatory rules. The validity of this governing law clause is not contested. The Terms shall be
binding to the benefit of the parties hereto and their successors and assigns.
